Depending on your integration, we may store:

  • API keys or access tokens (if required for publishing)
  • Generated article content and related metadata
  • Basic account information (such as email address)

What we don’t collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Customer personal data from your website
  • Orders, payment details, or billing information from your customers
  • Customer lists or personally identifiable information (PII)

Tiko operates independently of your customer data.

How we use your data

We use your data strictly to:

  • Analyze your website for SEO opportunities
  • Generate relevant, optimized content
  • Publish and manage articles on your website
  • Improve the performance and quality of our service

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data storage

Your data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services.

We implement:

  • Row-level security (RLS)
  • Restricted access to sensitive data (such as API tokens)
  • Server-side protection (tokens are never exposed publicly)
  • HTTPS encryption for all data transfers

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time.

  • If you disconnect or stop using Tiko, your access tokens are revoked or removed
  • To request full deletion (including articles and stored data), contact us at hello@trytiko.com

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-party services

Tiko may use third-party services to operate, including:

  • AI providers for content generation
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers

These services only process data necessary for functionality and are not given access to your customers' personal data.
